UltraBreathingline

The products which belong to the Ultra Breathing Line are made of ProFit fabric, 2-layer, perfectly fitting material, stretching in all directions, modeling the shape of the limb, creating the, so called, second skin. The outside layer is made of spandex, which is responsible for correct compression and fitting of the product to the patient body, and for reduction of muscle twitching during physical exercise. The internal diaphragm, made of microfiber, cotton and elastin, is responsible for maintenance of the correct climate condition for the skin and sweat derivation. The products which belong to this group are equipped with innovative technical solutions and specialistic lateral supports which properly control the secured joint. The products are light and soft, assuring maximum comfort of use.

ActivFlexibleline

The group of products which belong to the ActivFlexible Line is made of ActivFlexible. This is an innovative fabric, manufactured mainly of polyester with silver ion, which assures fast derivation of humidity from the skin, effective skin protection from bacteria and unpleasant smell of sweat. When necessary the polyester is combined with elastin for increased elasticity and better fit to the joint. Used materials have proper thickness for orthopaedic supports and provide required joint compression. This is achieved thanks to the special 3D knitting technology. The products made of ACTIV FLEXIBLE are manufactured with seamless technology and contain internally integrated climatic and functional areas. This bio-active fabric contains a system of air channels, which derive the heat from patient’s skin in a controlled way. The design of the support takes into consideration specific body shape, providing maximum comfort of use.

ActivSportline

Products which belong to Activ Sport Line group are made of ActivPren. This structural fabric is made of neoprene foam of different thickness with outside layer of polyamide. The neoprene is additionally perforated to assure air flow and maintenance of correct temperature. ActivPren is soft and elastic, easily fits the limb. It contains no thick fibres which could press patient skin and cause an injury in the place of more intensive compression. ActivPren contains microfiber diaphragm. The diaphragm derives sweat from patient’s skin, and than it evaporates through the perforation in the neoprene layer. Such design assures that only minimum of sweat is left on patient’s skin, allowing for usage of our products in extreme conditions e.g. during sport activities.

Anathomic, double axis orthopaedic splint 2RA

The double-axis, polycentric splint, equipped with coupling mechanism with sliders working on parabolic tracks. It is an anatomic splint which copies the movement of the knee joint therefore it doesn’t change its position towards the knee joint axis. It is made of high quality aluminum alloy with sanded cover which makes it sweat and salt resistant. The adjustment of flection and extension angle is done with special screws- each product is equipped with a key necessary for such adjustment. The anatomic splint contains special 15°over-extension blocking system, as well as flexion and full straightness blocking system. The splint and its design have been patented in the European Union by our Company.

Ergonomic single axis orthopaedic splint

The splint contains adjustment of the flexion and extension angle every 15° and over-extension adjustment in the joint in the range: – 15° and -30°. The splint is characterized by perfect lateral stabilization and very low weight. The adjustment of the angle can be done without any tools, the system is additionally secured so the angle can’t be changed by an unauthorized person. The splint is made of high quality aluminum alloy and plastic with carbon fibre, therefore it is light and resistant to sweat and salt, properly firm and assuring correct functioning of the product. The splint and its design have been patented in the European Union by our Company.
