HUMERUS FRACTURE

There are three types of humerus fracture injuries based on the location: proximal and distal humerus fracture and humerus shaft fracture. When humerus shaft fracture occurs, the arm is swollen and deformed. It may be result of accident and may be associated with nerve damaged (“drop arm”). The treatment of shaft fracture involves arm rest and immobilization with professional humeral shell arm brace MASTER-01.

Humeral fracture splint MASTER-01 is an excellent option instead traditional casting. The brace consists of lightweight anatomic-shaped shells and adjustable strapping system, which maintain the arm in the required treatable position.

Our arm shell brace MASTER-01 immobilizes the arm in case of its fracture while leaving your elbow free, allowing motion in your forearm and hand.

MASTER-01 humeral shell splint offers arm stabilization. Shell design provides circumferential compression of muscles and soft tissues and improves healing.

The shells are equipped with swivel buckles and cut-outs for circumferential straps. The shells have Velcro fasteners on the inside, where you can attach soft pressure relief cushions 3D.

The shells cover shoulder joint and arm keeping their anatomic shapes and providing professional immobilization. MASTER-01 shoulder brace is lightweight and comfortable for the user.

The shells are covered soft, skin-friendly thermoformated fabric Active3D™ on the inside.

The circumferential chest strap, which is attached to the shells, goes around the chest and provides perfect stability and limits against involuntary arm’s movement. This solution offers the highest level of arm stabilization.

It is made of soft fabric and offers wide range of circumferential adjustment. In addition, it’s covered with armpit soft pressure relief cushion which improves comfort of use. The pressure relief cushion is made of skin-friendly soft material SoftComfort™.

Our MASTER-01 shell brace can be use also to protect and support arm after humerus fracture surgery. Innovative design allows to use it for both arms.

Active3D™

Active3D™ is thermoformed fabric made of special foamed, cell-closed designed material. It reduces the pressure on the body or any abrasions made by orthopaedic stays and aluminum splints. It is fully waterproof fabric and does not absorb sweat. It’s easy to clean. Due to its features, the fabric is an excellent product for making medical orthopaedic braces and orthoses. ACTIVE 3D™ has various external self-gripping layers. Our material has special, thermoformed properties and may be shaped according to the functional goals of the final braces.

SoftComfort™

SoftComfort™ - a material specially designed to relieve very delicate places on the patient's body. The cover knit used in the production is made in such a way that it can come into contact with very sensitive skin. This raw material has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate and complies with the European REACH standard. The structure of the material consists of a very soft comfort foam laminated with a delicate cover knit. The fabric has a perforation that facilitates the flow of air through the material and allows the skin to breathe. The SoftComfort™ material is perfect for the production of linings relieving the rigid and inflexible elements of orthopedic orthoses.

Shoulder shells are anatomic-shaped 3D orthopedic system made of low profile ABS which maintains the shape of user’s body. The system consists of external and internal arm shell. The shells are equipped with swivel buckles and cut-outs for circumferential straps. The shells have Velcro fasteners on the inside, where you can attach soft pressure relief cushions 3D.

3D supports

3D relief supports are independent technical solutions to relieve the rigid elements of a given orthosis. These elements are made of supporting foams or EVA foam. These foams are connected with various types of skin-friendly materials and materials with an adhesive function. These pads have the appropriate shape and color adapted to the type of orthosis. They relieve both metal elements of orthoses, such as splints, stays, underwires and orthopedic drop locks, as well as other elements that should not come into direct contact with the patient's skin. These pads have an anatomical shape and are made of comfortable foam with proper hardness and elasticity, guaranteeing the proper therapeutic effect.
