He obtained a technical education in mechanics, studied social prevention and rehabilitation, graduated in law, and completed postgraduate management studies. This diverse background gave him a unique perspective \u2013 combining technology with human needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Creator of innovation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>His personality has always combined vibrant creativity with the precision of a designer. He developed ideas, created sketches, patented inventions, and built teams capable of turning his visions into reality. Behind every orthopedic project stood the face of a patient \u2013 a person whose mobility and independence could be restored through innovative solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pioneer and entrepreneur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the early 1990s, in cooperation with the German company OttoBock, S\u0142awomir Wro\u0144ski established the first professional orthopedic facility in south-eastern Poland. He introduced modern prostheses, orthoses, corsets, and myoelectric prostheses controlled by muscle signals.<\/p>\n<p>In the following years, he developed the ORTO-RES network of medical stores, the company ART-REH, manufacturing orthoses for the HARTMANN GROUP, and later AKCES-MED \u2013 today present in more than 70 countries as a manufacturer of standing frames, wheelchairs, and rehabilitation seating systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REH4MAT \u2013 The greatest achievement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2006, he founded REH4MAT, which over time became the largest manufacturer of orthopedic products in Poland and one of the leading companies in Europe. Production based on the ISO 13485 quality management system takes place in modern manufacturing facilities located in G\u0142og\u00f3w Ma\u0142opolski and Jaros\u0142aw.<\/p>\n<p>In the following years, he also co-founded UNITREX, a company manufacturing orthopedic and rehabilitation components.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u0142awomir Wro\u0144ski\u2019s work has always combined innovation with empathy. Since 2003, he has served as President of the START Sports Association for People with Disabilities in Rzesz\u00f3w, actively supporting the development of sports for people with disabilities. The wheelchair basketball team has won the title of Polish Champion multiple times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Values that build the company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The story of S\u0142awomir Wro\u0144ski is the story of a man who combines the mind of an inventor, the determination of a leader, and social sensitivity.
