Lower back pain syndrome (L-S) is one of the most common spinal conditions. It is characterized by pain in the lower back, which may radiate to the buttocks or even the legs. It is most often caused by overload, prolonged sitting, physical work, degenerative changes, or discopathy. It may be accompanied by stiffness, reduced mobility, and increased tension of paraspinal muscles. The rigid posterior plate is equipped with a CCA BOA\u00ae<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong> compression system, allowing quick one-hand adjustment and precise adaptation to the user\u2019s lumbar lordosis.
