Golfer’s elbow called also medial epicondylitis, is an inflammation of the tendons that connect the muscles of the forearm to the elbow. The pain is located at the medial epicondyle, the bony bump on the inner side of the elbow.

The reasons of that conditions are stressed and overuse injured flexor and extensor muscles.

Overusing of elbow flexors and extensors may affect everybody who participate in leisure or work activities that require repetitive arm, elbow, wrist, and hand movement, especially while tightly gripping something. Apart of athletes, examples include gardeners cleaners, mechanics or plumbers.
