Guarantee Conditions

  1. The stated below guarantee conditions apply only in retail sale regulated by Polish legislation from 27 July 2002 followed by changes
    (Dz.U. 2002 r. nr 141, poz. 1176),
  2. REH4MAT Sp. z o.o. 36-060 Głogów Młp. Ul. Piaski 47 gives 12 month guarantee for the supports, calculating from the date of purchase,
  3. Defects which appear in the period of guarantee will be removed without of charge within 14 days from the date of reporting,
  4. The supports have characteristics which are described in the information leaflet included in the packaging,
  5. The guarantee rights can be enforced only on the territory of Poland,
  6. Guarantee given for the supports do not limit or suspend the consumer rights due to unconformity of the product with the contract,
  7. Claims must be reported till the last day of the guarantee. The beginning of the guarantee period is marked with the date of purchase. Date of purchase must be correctly documented on the completed, stamped and signed by the sales person guarantee card, purchase bill or invoice,
  8. Basing on the given guarantee REH4MAT Sp. z o.o. is obliged to the following:
    • replacement of the defected support with a new one if the support can’t be repaired;
    • free of charge repair of the damaged part of the support
  9. Inappropriate use of the product as well as self-repairs and introduction of design changes result in loss of the guarantee. Guarantee does not include defects which were the fault of the user,
  10. Defected product should be delivered to the place of purchase by the customer on his/her cost together with the guarantee card,
  11. Product left for repair should be clean.
