Our OA knee brace ATTACK 1R is the ideal solution for you!

Single upright brace ATTACK 1R is one of the most universal knee braces available on the medical market. Unique, light, single splint construction make it excellent medical device, providing relief while knee condition.

The brace is made of Profit™.

As the lateral support we use non-elastic and perforated AirSanmed™ fabric, which is covered with cotton terry on the internal side, what improves the comfort of use.

The brace is equipped with lateral aluminium profiled splints 1R. This innovative splint provides ROM adjustment and consist of very small drop-lock (diameter: 30 mm).

Purpose of use

ATTACK 1R brace should be applied in cases of:

• knee dislocation,
• knee twist and sprain,
• side instability of the knee joint,
• knee ligaments injures – especially MCL and ACL injury,
• knee ligaments reconstruction,
• other surgeries (orthopedic),
• excellent prophylaxis in sport.

It is possible to use a thinner pad under the drop lock.

MATERIALS

AirSanmed™

AirSanmed™ isn’t elastic what provides excellent stabilization. The skin has contact with cotton terry with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate. There is semi-rigid perforated foam EVA inside that protect the skin against the metal splints influence. External side of the fabric is perforated medical laminate with antibacterial properties of Silver Zeolite. It provides long-term efficacy and prevents the most dangerous infectious microorganisms such as MRSA and E.coli. AirSanmed™ is in accordance with Health Minister`s ordinance of 3 November 2004 and Council Directive 93/42/EWG of 14 June 1993.

ProFit™

ProFit™ is a double-layer fabric that is elastic in all directions and fits to limb precisely. The external side is made of spandex providing excellent compression and absorbs muscle shocks in physical activity. The internal side consists of microfibre, cotton and elastane what makes it skin-friendly, breathable and provides velvet softness. ProFit™ is friendly and neutral for the skin and has Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate. In some products this material can have an internal elastic cotton layer.

Splint 1R Orthodesign

The 1R orthodesign orthopedic splint is a novel approach to the subject of orthopedic splints with flexion and extension angle adjustment. The innovativeness of the splint lies in the fact that in a hinge dial with a diameter not exceeding 30 mm, we have applied flexion and extension angle adjustment every 15 degrees. An additional advantage of the splint is that the adjustment is not done using Allen screws, as was the case in the previous generation of the splint, but by means of inserted steel pins, which, for convenience, are removed from the angle sockets using a magnet included with the splints. The icing on the cake is the locking ring, which, thanks to a ratchet system, will not allow the previously set angle to change spontaneously. In knee braces, the splints have a tibial offset, which allows for a more precise fit of the knee brace, and consequently, they more accurately execute the regulation of joint mobility, while in other products, the braces have a straight form. On the underside of the hinge dial, an oval element is mounted to which a gripper is glued, necessary for attaching soft 3D side pads to the dial. These splints, using an orthopedic wrench available in the Reh4Mat offer, can in some cases be individually adapted to the shape of the patient's limb by bending them slightly. PADDINGS

2D supports

2D supports are, apart from 3D supports, the second type of supports used in the production of orthoses. They are made of various types of relieving foams and have very different shapes. The special feature of these pelottes is that, unlike the 3D pelottes, they are not independent parts of the orthosis, but only their parts, that must be sewn between the materials from which the orthosis is made to work properly. These pads have an anatomical shape and are made of comfortable foam with proper hardness and elasticity, which guarantees the proper therapeutic effect.

3D supports

3D relief supports are independent technical solutions to relieve the rigid elements of a given orthosis. These elements are made of supporting foams or EVA foam. These foams are connected with various types of skin-friendly materials and materials with an adhesive function. These pads have the appropriate shape and color adapted to the type of orthosis. They relieve both metal elements of orthoses, such as splints, stays, underwires and orthopedic drop locks, as well as other elements that should not come into direct contact with the patient's skin. These pads have an anatomical shape and are made of comfortable foam with proper hardness and elasticity, guaranteeing the proper therapeutic effect.
