Our knee and shin pad sleeve R4M-SK/F is a professional medical device. It protects the tissues but also provides comfortable, therapeutic compression.

Our knee and shin pad sleeve R4M-SK/F is made of low profile comfortable material PowerElastic™.

Our sport knee and shin pad sleeve is equipped with original, thermoformed foam in honeycomb design called HONEYCOMBactive™. It prevents against scratches, abrasions and contusions.

PowerElastic™ offers smooth compression, improves blood flow and reduces lactic acid produced in your muscles and builds up during intense exercise.

All fabrics used to knee pad sleeve production are extremely low profiled and light weight. Our R4M-SK/F sport knee and shin brace will protect your joints even in extreme outdoor activities.

PowerElastic™

PowerElastic™ is a very thin and very flexible fabric for the production of delicate and sophisticated orthopedic products. It consists of spandex, the action of which is responsible for proper compression and fitting of the product to the patient's body, and reduces muscle vibrations generated during increased physical exertion. It is responsible for maintaining the proper climate next to the skin and effective drainage of sweat, and its structure guarantees velvety softness to the touch. PowerElastic™ is skin-friendly fabric and has the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate.

3D supports

3D relief supports are independent technical solutions to relieve the rigid elements of a given orthosis. These elements are made of supporting foams or EVA foam. These foams are connected with various types of skin-friendly materials and materials with an adhesive function. These pads have the appropriate shape and color adapted to the type of orthosis. They relieve both metal elements of orthoses, such as splints, stays, underwires and orthopedic drop locks, as well as other elements that should not come into direct contact with the patient's skin. These pads have an anatomical shape and are made of comfortable foam with proper hardness and elasticity, guaranteeing the proper therapeutic effect.
